Christalee M. Crary is an organizational consultant and Certified Working Genius Facilitator with 20+ years of experience across higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, and corporate settings. With a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, she uses the Working Genius framework, along with performance psychology, to help teams unlock productivity, improve communication, and build psychologically healthy cultures. Christalee understands that performance is about more than strategy or skill. Through her work with leaders, teams, and athletes, she helps individuals understand how they are wired to contribute and how to work in ways that are sustainable rather than draining.
